Quality

Since 2003, UAB STEVILA has been working in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 quality management standard. The internal and external audits that are performed on a yearly basis document the continuous process of the company improvement and motivate the employees to go to higher goals.

In pursuance of its quality policy and with the help of modern technical mechanisms and innovations, UAB STEVILA produces high quality products that fulfill the needs and expectations of the customers. Regular professional trainings of the employees ensure responsibility of every employee for the product and workmanship quality.

Delivering products of required quality is one of the main KPI’s.

Measurement equipment

The quality control laboratory in STEVILA has more than 4000 units of measuring equipment.

Specialized software is used to control measuring tools and equipment. Their inventory numbers allow easy monitoring of their calibration status. Inspection and calibration of measuring equipment and data recording follow strict rules and procedures established by STEVILA.

KVS PR11 procedure “Control of monitoring and measuring equipment” says:
6.3. Calibration and inspection
Control and measuring devices are indispensable tools for checking and controlling product quality and assessing product performance. Measurement tools must be inspected and calibrated: new equipment is subject to primary inspection, while periodic inspection is scheduled according to the guidelines of the Lithuanian Department of Standardization, taking into consideration the frequency of use.

UAB STEVILA is mainly active in the fields of CNC machining (turning, drilling, milling, grinding, welding, etc.), assembly of products, and sales of parts and assembled products.
